Biography

I was first introduced to CrossFit by a former patient. She was naming particular lifts/moves, and I had no idea what she was talking about. To help her and myself, I googled CrossFit. In 2018, I got a CrossFit membership. My first WOD included box jumps and lifting heavy weights. Since then, I got my CrossFit level 1 training in 2024. I work full time as a Physical Therapist.

What I love about CrossFit is that anyone can do it. It takes day to day movement patterns and throws weights on it. It gives you such empowerment lifting a heavy barbell, because you realize you can do more than what you give yourself credit for. My goal when athletes leave the gym is they know they are getting stronger every day.
